Drake Sells Condo to Miami Heat's Mario Chalmers
Drake has finally sold his five-bedroom Miami luxury condo/crib to Miami Heat point guard Mario Chalmers for over $2.5 million, which is still about $100,000 less than the original asking price. The condo was actually two side-by-side apartments that I guess you could walk between, and the building it was in featured 20-foot-ceilings, glass walls, marble staircases and views of Biscayne Bay. Drake recently moved into a $9 million house in Hidden Hills, CA, which has a tennis court, water falls and his own personal ATM (presumably with crazy fees to remind him of being at a strip club).
Drake's Miami condo was the inspiration for the lyric, "Wrist bling / Got a condo up on Biscayne" from Take Care's "The Motto," and also the site of DJ Khaled's "I'm On One" video:
