Drake Sells Condo to Miami Heat's Mario Chalmers

Drake has finally sold his five-bedroom Miami luxury condo/crib to Miami Heat point guard Mario Chalmers for over $2.5 million, which is still about $100,000 less than the original asking price. The condo was actually two side-by-side apartments that I guess you could walk between, and the building it was in featured 20-foot-ceilings, glass walls, marble staircases and views of Biscayne Bay. Drake recently moved into a $9 million house in Hidden Hills, CA, which has a tennis court, water falls and his own personal ATM (presumably with crazy fees to remind him of being at a strip club).

Drake's Miami condo was the inspiration for the lyric, "Wrist bling / Got a condo up on Biscayne" from Take Care's "The Motto," and also the site of DJ Khaled's "I'm On One" video:

One of the real estate agents who worked on the transaction, Danny Hertzberg, said, "The opportunity to work with Drake and his team was fantastic," which makes it sound like he was hitting the club with The Weeknd and Nicki Minaj. Bro, you sold a condo. You did some paperwork. Relax.
