HIP HOP: 50 Cent Reveals Release Date
50 Cent's long-delayed fifth album is finally coming! The album is currently untitled, but 50 announced on his Twitter that the album is coming out July 2. Are you psyched?!

METAL: Steel Panther Roasts Zakk Wylde
Los Angeles metal jokesters Steel Panther roasted Black Label Society's Zakk Wylde on video for the first-ever Rock & Roll Roast. The roast took place January 19 in Anaheim, CA, but footage is just surfacing now.[Blabbermouth]

INDIE: Arcade Fire Lecture & Perform at UT Austin
Canadian indie luminaries Arcade Fire hit the University of Texas at Austin to deliver a lecture on the current issues facing Haiti and relief efforts. The band also took time to deliver two of their jams, "Haiti" and "Wake Up," for students after the lecture. Sounds like a lecture we'd love to attend. Check out the video below! [Prefix]

COUNTRY: Lady Antebellum Playing with The Boss
Country stars Lady Antebellum sound pretty excited for the show they'll be playing with Bruce Springsteen at the Hard Rock Calling festival in London on July 14. Lead singer Charles Kelly said, "I'm going to be like a little kid at Christmas watching Springsteen's show." Excellent pairing. [Country Weekly]
