Lady Gaga is reportedly fuming mad about plans to make a movie about her life called Fame Monster: The Lady Gaga Story. A friend of Gaga's told Life & Style Magazine, "She's furious... She's cringing at the thought of her life being exposed on television." Lifetime initially bought the rights to the movie but now those rights are being shopped elsewhere, so it's conceivable that it could get a theatrical release (and then Lady Gaga would be cringing at the thought of her life being exposed on the big screen).
The movie's producers are now in the process of casting the lead for Fame Monster, but "Gaga doesn't want it getting out because it will portray her as insecure and needy... [She] wants to be seen as powerful and strong."
Do you think it's fair for producers to make a movie about Lady Gaga without her consent? Or is that just the price of fame?
