Funkmaster Flex Steals Nicki Minaj Track, Leaks Online
Two New York City radio DJs are battling in public over a new Nicki Minaj track!
"Beez in the Trap," from Minaj's April 3 release Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, leaked online Tuesday. It was strange because that same afternoon, Minaj directed fans via Twitter to DJ Clue's radio show on New York's Power 105, which was set to premiere "Beez" that night. Well, turns out that the song hit the Internet before DJ Clue could premiere it because his rival New York DJ, Hot 97's Funkmaster Flex, hacked into Clue's email, grabbed the track and then leaked it online on his radio show! Then he bragged about the whole ordeal ... on the radio. Insane!
The scuffle has now escalated to the two DJs straight dissing each other on the radio and Twitter; Funkmaster called Clue "a box-head cornball," and Clue responded by calling Funkmaster a "fat old dude."
