Can you imagine if the police didn't want you in your own neighborhood? Memphis rapper Yo Gotti can! They don't want him shooting his videos there, and he said that the police told him, "When [you're] in the area, it's too hyper," so they'd prefer if he left. He says, "I wanna shoot it without sneaking to shoot it," so it looks like he won't be filming videos in his neighborhood in Memphis for a while.
