On blink-182's classic 2001 track "The Rock Show," the SoCal punk trio immortalize the romantic possibilities offered by the Vans Warped Tour: "I couldn't wait for the summer and the Warped Tour," Mark Hoppus sings, "I remember it's the first time that I saw her there!" And now it looks like those words hold special meaning for 17-year-old Ryan Pettingill of Stansbury Park, Utah.

Pettigill went to the Warped Tour kickoff in Salt Lake City on June 16 and saw blessthefall. During the Phoenix post-hardcore band's set something pretty sweet happened for Pettigill, which he detailed in a comment on our Warped Tour photo gallery: "I'm looking for a girl I kissed last night at Warped Tour in Salt Lake City on 6/16/2012. It was pretty loud, but I think she said her name was Paige. We kissed after I had her on my shoulders when blessthefall was playing."

He elaborated in an email: "During the blessthefall showing, the lead singer asked which girls were single in the crowd. This cute girl next to me raised her hand. I thought maybe I should talk to her. Then he said to "get a strong guy next to you and have them lift the girls on their shoulders." Obviously I did so. The lead singer said, "Summer is a time for love." After holding her up for two songs, I set her down and kissed her three times. Afterwards, she said thank you and told me her name. It was really loud, but I thought I heard Paige. I said see you around, and then she was gone. I really want to find her and hangout more."

Awwww. Because we're hopeless romantics ourselves, we figured we'd try and help Pettigill search for his lady love. We contacted him on Facebook and he further described this mystery girl: "She looked about 17, had colorful dreads, about 5' 7", a few piercings on her lip. That's pretty much all I can tell you, besides what was in the post already." In another message three minutes later, he wrote, "Oh yeah, she was white. *is white."

Pretty sweet and romantic, right? But Pettigill can't find her! Do you know this mysterious girl, who may or may not be named Paige? If you do, leave us a comment on this story and help us help them find each other ... and, maybe, love.
