Although the beloved British rock band Muse is heading in a dubstep direction for their upcoming album, the trio has returned to the grandiose vocal delivery, arena guitar riffs and glitter-in-your-eye theatrics of their 2006 album Black Holes and Revelations to craft the official song of the 2012 London Olympics.

In short, "Survival" sounds an awful lot like Queen. And considering Queen has delivered two all-time athletic arena classics, that's a smart move on Muse's part—and they work their arses off to evoke the glory of crossing the finish line first.

Take a listen below and then tell us what you think. Does Muse's histrionics get you psyched for the Summer Olympics?
