With the Black Eyed Peas still on an indefinite hiatus and his illegal DeLoreon impounded by the police, at least Will.i.am is still winning in the "famous friends" department. Everyone's favorite Black Eye Pea is planning a September 24 release for his fourth solo album, #willpower, and he's bringing out the big pop guns.

After previously flexing his collabo muscles with Mick Jagger, Jennifer Lopez and Nicki Minaj to name a few, Will.i.am saved even more magic for his new album–Justin Bieber, LMFAO and Ne-Yo will all appear on #willpower along with former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger and, apparently, a children's choir. Because why not?

Despite the radio-friendly names on the new album, Will reveals to Billboard that #willpower's not about airplay: "There's some ghetto, ugly, dirty stuff. And then there's dance stuff, global world stuff and, like, avant garde, left-of-center, for-art's-sake music that has nothing to do with getting played on the radio. I'm just art-ing out." Art-out with your heart-out, bro–that's the only way to go.
