Snoop Dogg is basically pop culture's king of weed. From the time he published a book made of rolling papers in April, to the time he got busted for marijuana possession in Norway, and almost every other time he's done or said something in the last 20 years, Snoop Dogg has gone out of his way to be associated with the pleasure of smoking weed. Which is why it's so weird that he just helped Mark Foster of Foster the People quit smoking weed!

According to Q Magazine, Foster recently met Snoop Dogg: "It's funny, the one time I got star-struck was when I met Snoop Dogg. I gave him a hug and said, 'I love you, man.' It was cool because I'd just stopped smoking weed three days before."

Foster then told Snoop that he'd just quit smoking but would like to smoke with Snoop, to which Snoop said, "Y'know what, brother? Sometimes you gotta slow down and focus on your s**t." Foster told Q. "From the godfather of marijuana smoking, that was good enough for me."

Sweet! And unexpected. So should Snoop become a drug counselor? Let us know in the comments!
