Given that he's basically conquered the rap world, we all have trouble remembering that Lil Wayne is actually fairly young. He's 29 years old, and sometimes 29-year-olds just want to go skateboarding all day. Is that okay with you?

In an interview with Syracuse's Hot 107.9, Wayne admitted that he's kind of bored with rapping at the moment and that his upcoming mixtape, Dedication 4, might be the last we hear from the "A Milli" rapper for a while: "It does get pretty boring when it comes to the rapping and stuff. I’ve done so much of it, I’ve been doing it since I was eight. I’m going to be 30 in September, and I’m still rapping."

But Lil Wayne plans on staying busy while he's on his rapping break: he'll be taking out his energy on his skateboard. Wayne says he spends more time on his skateboard than in the studio lately, and he thinks he and his fans deserve that solo time: "Rap is a taking backseat to skating. That’s alright. But I kind of feel I deserve that … I think fans deserve some peace from me."

What do you think about Lil Wayne's new hobby? Do you think he'll turn skateboarding into a career? Let us know in the comments.
