Nick Cannon Not "Concerned" Over Mariah Carey's Safety
Everyone seems to have an opinion about the Mariah Carey/Nicki Minaj American Idol situation, which escalated after Carey told Barbara Walters that Minaj threatened her physically.
Cee-Lo Green calls it fake. Steven Tyler says it’s BS. Idol producers say all is "well" on the set. And Nick Cannon also can't seem to stop talking about it.
Earlier in the week Cannon, husband to the pop diva, blew off the verbal altercation, that was caught on video, saying "I hope that's not what this show becomes, about the catfights."
And now yesterday the America's Got Talent host commented yet again regarding the claims his wife made about feeling unsafe around the rapper.
"I wasn't concerned," Cannon said to E! News. "That's exactly what you called it was drama. With drama, it's theatrics. I'm not worried about that stuff.
E! then asked Cannon if he knew anything about Carey's allegation that Minaj threatened to shoot her, to which he said "I don't know. I wasn't there. It made for good news. It sounded good, right? Good job Fox."
Carey was seen with extra security on the Idol set, so is he calling his wife a liar? We suspect Cannon will be sleeping on the couch tonight.
