With the revelation that Canadian actor-turned-rapper Drake will host and perform on the January 18 episode of Saturday Night Live, we started thinking about other musicians who have pulled double duty on SNL within the space of one night.

It turns out Drizzy's SNL appearance will mark the 26th time a host performed as their own musical guest. However, Aubrey Graham is only the 22nd artist to accomplish this feat because Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez doubled up twice, and Justin Timberlake has been his own musical guest three times.

To celebrate, we created this playlist of the songs each host-performer hybrid delivered on SNL throughout the years, starting with what we presume Drizzy will play and working back to Desi Arnaz's 1976 appearance. And at the bottom of the page, peruse the entire list of artists who have pulled double duty.

PS: If you don't mind having your mind blown, you can watch SNL host-singer-madman Gary Busey singing "Stay All Night" backed by Rick Danko and Paul Butterfield when he hosted in 1979.
