Dave Grohl Covers ABBA With Swedish Metal Band Ghost
Does Dave Grohl sleep? Seemingly not, unless it's possible to drum in a somnambulistic state. In the last two months, the Foo Fighters frontman jammed with Paul McCartney at 12-12-12, premiered a documentary with Stevie Nicks and John Fogerty at Sundance and drummed his ass off for Queens of the Stone Age's upcoming album. Now we learn he's found time to log some studio hours with Swedish doom metal outfit Ghost on a cover of ABBA's "I'm a Marionette," the b-side to their hit single "Take a Chance on Me." Is it brilliant? No. Is it fun and bizarre as sh-t? Hell yes. Take a listen to the Blue Oyster Cult-ish track above.
