Justin Timberlake brought his comeback tour to Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night for the first in a five-night hang with the host. And while the singer premiered new song "Pusher Love Girl" and talked about his (now streaming!) album The 20/20 Experience, he was quick to also squash the non-beef with Kanye West.
To catch you up: Timberlake's first single, "Suit and Tie," didn't go over too well with West, who said during a concert in London, "I got love for Hov, but I ain't f-cking with that Suit & Tie." During his Saturday Night Live performance last weekend, Timberlake changed one lyric to say, "My hit's so sick, got rappers acting dramatic."
So yeah, the worst beef since Azealia Banks/Angel Haze began. But now, before any multimillionaire world-famous celebrities are injured, Timberlake addressed the nontroversy on Fallon. In the clip above (at the 18:00 mark), Timberlake simply said, "Ya know, everyone: Keep calm. Keep calm. For the record, I absolutely love Kanye." Let us never talk about this again.
