Busta Rhymes Flips Out, Serves Up Homophobic Slurs at Burger Joint
It seems Busta Rhymes does not have his ego in check at 5:45 in the morning. According to Miami's New Times, the rap legend reportedly flipped out inside a burger joint late last night and started calling people "f-g" and "b-tch" because they wouldn't let him cut in line.
Stephanie Vitori, the owner of Cheeseburger Baby, told the Miami paper that Busta "got very upset when we wouldn't take his order first [even though] he was the last one to come in." Instead of suffering the indignity of waiting in line like a plebeian, the Leader of the New School chose to fume in his car and wait for the workers to bring him his food.
And that's when the unthinkable happened: Busta Rhymes received a burger with ketchup and mayo on the side.
"He came back in the restaurant and started calling our delivery driver a 'f-g' multiple times and me a 'b-tch,' [telling] me 'to shut the f-ck up' because we put his salt, pepper, ketchup, and mayo—that he asked for—on the side," Vitori said. "I deal with drunk and disorderly people all the time, but never in my life have I felt more disrespected as a business owner or woman."
After the owner called the cops on him, Busta exited the burger joint but wasn't willing to let the beef grow cold. "A few minutes later he called us to let us know there was no cheese on his burger, which was untrue, and that he was going to 'come get us,'" Vitori added.
Well done, Busta. Well done.
P.S. This reminds us of another spat between a famous rapper and his fans. But as that wise man said in the video below, "You have respect for people, you get respect back." Words to live by.
