Listen to Fergie's 'Great Gatsby' Track "A Little Party Never Killed Nobody"
When the full tracklist to the soundtrack for Baz Luhrmann's upcoming Great Gatsby remake was released earlier this month, we noticed the unfortunate placement of Fergie's "A Little Party Never Killed Nobody" two tracks after Beyonce and Andre 3000's Amy Winehouse cover.
Placement aside, though, the Black Eyed Peas member released the song today, a saxophone- and synth-anchored dance track proving that despite their hiatus, LMFAO never truly left us. Q-Tip's opening lines of "Glad that you made it/Look around/You don't see one person sitting down" pretty much tell you where this one's going.
We don't know if Fergie meant the track as ironic commentary given Gatsby's themes, but context aside, get ready to hear this one ad nauseum at every club for the next few months.
