'The Hustle' Banger "We Out Here" Is Your New Summer Jam
When The Hustle premieres tonight on Fuse, we're not just looking forward to seeing a TV show that realistically portrays the hip hop grind—we're also stoked for the music. Case in point: The summer banger "We Out Here" performed by London Brown and Y'lan Noel, the actors who portray the rappers at the center of Fuse's first original scripted series. This might be the best track from a fictional hip hop group since "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp" from Hustle & Flow—and in case you forgot, that won Three 6 Mafia an Academy Award.
Boasting Timbaland-esque horns, a brittle beat, defiant lyrics and plenty of Brooklyn pride, this track is a statement of purpose from Brooklyn's Finest, the rap duo at the center of The Hustle. They're not asking the world to notice them—they proving why you need to listen up whenever they hit the mic.
