First she stole Lady Gaga's Twitter reign, and now Katy Perry is snatching Mother Monster's "most obscure way to reveal an album title" crown, too.
Here's what we know: There was a big gold truck driving around Los Angeles on Monday afternoon with the words "Katy Perry, Prism, 10.22.13" plastered all over it (see above). Then a bunch of people tweeted about it. Marketing 2.0!
Using our deductive reasoning skills, we're assuming this probably means Prism is the name of Katy Perry's new album and October 22 is the release date. Or Katy's just trying to warn us all about government surveillance. We'll find out soon enough.
