Man With "Taylor Swift Is With Satan" Sign Arrested at Pittsburgh Concert
A crazed Taylor Swift fan was arrested at the country-pop star's Pittsburgh concert on Saturday, after threatening her on Facebook and brandishing two signs reading, "I luv you" and "Taylor Swift is with Satan," CBS reports.
The fan, 28-year-old man Joseph Jackson, was apprehended in the audience by police, who were tipped off to his aggressive online behavior by Swift's security team.
When officers asked about the Facebook posts, Jackson reportedly said, "Taylor Swift is Satan and that 6,000 years is six days and death comes on the sixth day, so Taylor Swift is in danger."
Jackson was handcuffed and taken to jail, where he was expected to undergo a mental evaluation.
Jackson's arrest comes two months after another crazed fan swam two miles to Swift's oceanside Rhode Island home, where the man was arrested for trespassing.
