Although Tool's Maynard James Keenan announced A Perfect Circle had begun working on new material back in 2008 and the metal supergroup hit the road in 2010, fans of the alt-metal band haven't heard a single new studio recording from A Perfect Circle since then.

Well, the wait is over. Keenan & Billy Howerdel's band will release "By and Down"—which was recorded post-hiatus and is their first new song in nine years—on a greatest hits compilation called Three Sixty this fall.

"Billy and I created A Perfect Circle out of a now long-running friendship, and I think the music we have made reflects that personal connection and has given us the ability to further develop and trust our intuition,” Keenan said in a press release. "I feel Three Sixty is an accurate representation of that friendship and those instincts."

The album comes in single and double disc versions and drops November 19. Check the respective tracklists below.
