Robin Thicke Announces 2014 Tour With Jessie J
Despite that troublesome lawsuit with the estate of Marvin Gaye, Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" is still the No. 2 single in the country and his album of the same name continues to move tens of thousands of units every week. So what better time than now for the R&B singer to announce his 2014 victory tour?
The Phriend of Pharrell will team up with UK pop songstress Jessie J and DJ Cassidy (who spun at the VMAs) for a 15-date North American tour that kicks off in Atlanta on February 21 before wrapping up in San Francisco on March 29. Tickets go on sale September 20, and profits from best seats will go toward St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Full tour dates are below.
Fun fact: Both Jessie J and Robin Thicke have history with Miley Cyrus. The British singer-songwriter wrote Ms. Cyrus' smash hit "Party in the U.S.A." and Miley's ass had a party all over Thicke's crotch at this year's VMAs. So at least they'll have something to talk about backstage.
