For a full half hour, Mariah Carey sat down on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live for an informative (and at times ridiculous) chat with host Andy Cohen and call-in fans. If you don't have time to watch the full episode above, we've selected the 11 craziest and most candid moments of the interview, including Mimi sharing her insatiable love for Christmas to her chatting about having more children.

11. Mariah Believes She's the Female Version of Will Ferrell in Elf
"I'm him, but the girl version of the character!" the "All I Want for Christmas Is You" singer said. "I'm like a five-year-old, I'm the kid still waiting for snow."

10. Her Two Favorite Chick Flicks Are...
While Mariah once named Gentleman Prefer Blondes as her No. 1 chick flick, she made sure to add, "If we're going to go for something in the modern era, I would say Mean Girls."

9. Glitter Is Her Biggest Career Regret
"Honestly, it was always Glitter because I didn't have somebody in control," Mimi admitted. "I really needed a Hollywood legend to be in control.... Now, I look at it again in retrospect, I'm like, 'You know what, I learned something, I'm grateful for that experience,' but it was a horrible couple of years. And then I had to get my momentum back for people to let it go."

8. However, the Glitter Soundtrack Was Ahead of Its Time
"I felt like the soundtrack was a good soundtrack," she was sure to add. "I was trying to bring the '80s back a little too early. It was 2001 and people were like, 'The '80s? We just left the '80s!' And I'm like, 'No no no, people are ready.' Nowadays, it's all about the '80s!"

7. She's Hankerin' for Her Own Talk Show
"This is what I always wanted, a show like this!" she told Cohen at one point during the sit-down. When the Bravo guru offered her a guest-hosting gig while he's on vacation next week, Mariah countered, "As long as your writers help me!"

6. She Can't Count How Shoes She Owns
"Oh dear, how do I answer this without sounding horrible?" the diva pondered after a call-in listener asked the question. "I can't count that high, so I don't know. But I have different closets as well. A lot of times, it's not even that I bought the shoe, it's that I wore them in a video and you [need to] archive."

5. She Would Have More Kids If...
"If Nick could have the babies himself, then maybe... yeah, bring 'em all! We looove kids!" she told a caller. "Carrying twins is a totally different experience. You don't even know who you are. I had a really difficult pregnancy and I was alone most of the time."

4. She Won't Judge Another Reality Show
"You know what I really should have been doing on that show? I should have been doing the mentoring," she says of her one-season stint on American Idol. "I'm a producer; I'm a writer. People don't realize that I have 14 No. 1s as a producer. I really did [Idol] to show my personality."

3. She Hates What Her Label Chooses as Singles
"They always pick the worst singles!" Mimi said, surely to the delight of her record label. "You don't go from 'Obsessed' to an 'I Want to Know What Love Is' remake," she said, referring to her stalled second single from Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel (it peaked at No. 60, while "Obsessed" went Top 10). She also added that her T-Pain collabo "Migrate" from 2008's E=MCshould have been a single.

2. Her Label Didn't Want Jay Z to Feature on "Heartbreaker"
After revealing that "Heartbreaker" and "Honey" were two of her favorite videos, Mimi added, "The label was very concerned at the moment [to feature Jay Z]. Today, they would beg and plead for anything featuring Jay Z. But I was like, 'What are you talking about [saying] it's not a hit?' And it went to No. 1!"

1. Nelson Mandela Is Her pick for Person of the Year
"It's for the contribution of his entire life," she said. "I just can't imagine anyone that sacrificed so much for the world. I was so honored to meet him. Just being in his aura, in his presence. I just think the world owes him a debt that's too big to pay."
