DMX on George Zimmerman Boxing Match: "I Still Haven't Decided"
UPDATE (2/7): DMX spoke to Fox News, saying he hasn't committed 100% to the celebrity sh-tshow. "It's not a done deal yet," he told a reporter. "I was challenged. I still haven't really decided whether I was going to do it. But if I did do it, whatever money that was supposed to go to [Zimmerman] would have to go to charity."
He added, "I will gladly beat the sh-t out of him. When you fight with your heart, you're always going to win."
Original Story: Remember last week when Game bluntly stated he would have no problem "beating the f-ck out of" George Zimmerman? Well, another rapper is in talks to have that opportunity: DMX's rep confirmed to Rolling Stone the rapper is in the "negotiating stages" to take on the man acquitted of murdering Trayvon Martin in a "Celebrity" Boxing match.
According to CNN, Celebrity Boxing owner Damon Feldman decided to select the 43-year-old rapper after receiving more than 15,000 email requests to fight Zimmerman. Details on when and where the fight will take place will come out next week.
Prepare for a brutal, possibly dirty, fight, since DMX vowed to show Zimmerman no mercy. "I am breaking every rule in boxing to make sure I f-ck him right up," the veteran MC told TMZ. "Once I am done with him, I am going to whip my d-ck out and piss on him." So, a very dirty fight.
X added that he's fighting for "every black person who has been done wrong in the system."
DMX has faced assault charges in the past, and even exploded at his son during the season premiere of his OWN reality show last spring. Now it looks like he's finally putting that anger toward a just cause.
