Kanye West Won’t Face Charges in Alleged Beverly Hills Punching Attack
The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office has rejected a battery case against Kanye West in an alleged attack that took place in Beverly Hills last month.
The Associated Press reports that West will not face criminal charges regarding an alleged incident in which an 18-year-old man said West punched him inside a chiropractor's office after he allegedly yelled slurs at his girlfriend, Kim Kardashian. Witnesses said Kanye punched the man while Kim yelled, "We have it all on tape." The DA said West had reached a civil settlement with the man who accused the rapper because no significant injuries had been documented.
