Move over, "Vindicated." There's a new Spider-Man anthem.
Alicia Keys and Kendrick Lamar recently joined forces for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, collaborating on a track called "It's On Again." The inspirational number was co-written by Pharrell Williams and film scorer Hans Zimmer.
Lamar opens the tune, building to the chorus where Keys sings the life-affirming lines, "And even through disaster / Eye of the tiger for hope / And even when I’m tired / 'Go' is the only word I know."
Keys teased the release earlier this month when she tweeted, "'It's on again' with me, @kendricklamar @Pharrell and @RealHansZimmer! Can't wait for you to hear it!;-)"
The soundtrack, which officially drops April 22, features new music from Pharrell and up-and-coming acts like The Neighbourhood, Alvin Rick and Phosphorescent.
The movie hits theaters May 2 with a music video for "It's On Again" already underway. Fingers crossed Kendrick dons the superhero's signature spandex in the clip.
