Kesha has left rehab after a two-month stay in a Chicago rehabilitation center for an eating disorder. Late last night the “Timber” singer tweeted, “Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music. I can’t thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me❤.”
A keen eye will notice that she’s dropped the dollar sign in her Twitter handle – E! reports that's it's official: we are looking at a new era of Kesha, sans $. No longer @ke$hasuxx, she’s now @kesharose.
After entering Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center on January 3 to face her ongoing battle with Bulimia, the pop star seems to be doing well, even posting a photo of her flight home.
It wasn’t an easy journey: while in rehab Kesha was unable to accept teeth from her fans – gifts the singer uses to make jewelry – for health reasons. Also while in treatment Kesha’s mother attacked producer Dr. Luke and briefly joined her daughter in the center.
