Lily Allen is officially back! As fans anticipate the May 5 premiere of her album Sheezus, Allen's first release in five years, they now have a new tour to look forward to as well. The British singer will be hitting the road with show dates beginning in April. And although her last live gig was in 2010, she says this time she "means business."
"Last time I was more interested in what other bands were playing and who I could sleep with," the singer says in this rehearsal clip below. "This time around I’m married, and I've got two children. It’s not a party bus."
Admittedly, her first single "Our Time" shows Allen enjoying a night of drunken debauchery, but in real life, she swears that won’t the be the case.
"I'm going to stop smoking," she says. "I thought, 'What am I doing?' You know, it’s my kids. I can't leave little ones behind." Allen goes on to say that this time she's taking her music and concerts a lot more seriously. "It's shaping up to be a good show."
