Listen to Justin Bieber and Migos' Collab "Looking For You"
We don't care how, we don't care when, but we're going to try to make Biebz + Meegz happen, so their new collaboration seems to be a good place to start. Justin Bieber and Migos joined forces on "Looking For You," and the club-anthem-in-the-making leaked last night to the joyful surprise of Beliebers everywhere.
On the track, the Tupac enthusiast and the trio who brought us "Versace" set off with a body-shaking bass and a round of applause that's been seamlessly crafted into a super-addictive beat. The verses in particular are solid (Bieber's crooning definitely makes for a perfect foil to Migos' rhymes) and somehow manage to combine mortgages, vegetarianism and Forrest Gump references in under a minute, so that's an achievement in and of itself.
"Looking For You" makes for yet another break in direction for Bieber: His most recent work, "Hard 2 Face Reality," heartfelt acoustic ballad "We Were Born For This" and his Michael Jackson "duet" "Slave 2 The Rhythm" have him running the emotional gamut, so it's great to see a bit of a jovial return to the dance floor for the Biebz as he continues to leak new tracks.
