Grimes Shares "Go," Studio Version of Song Rihanna Rejected
It's been two years since we've heard anything new from electro-pop wunderkind Grimes. Two long, hard, agonizing Grimes-less years. Thankfully our drought has ended, as she's shared a sultry new track called "Go."
True Grimes-heads will recognize it as the song she and Blood Diamonds wrote for Rihanna, which was rejected for some reason. She recently performed it live at the Governors Ball.
“It’s our summer jam so we figured we should put it out cuz I am very bored of waiting to finish my album b4 releasing new music haha," she wrote in a statement. We'd like to add: WE'RE VERY BORED, TOO, WAITING FOR THAT ALBUM.
