During his typical live show, Skrillex spends the majority of his time freaking out and bouncing up and down behind his laptop in a giant spaceship. (The name of the Mothership Tour makes a whole lot more sense, come to think of it.) Now, Skrillex is headlining a different kind of ship--a cruise, to be precise--and will be taking the helm of Holy Ship! in early 2015.
This aquatic (and musical) journey will set sail over the course of two weekends in January and February. The first, January 3-6, will depart from Miami and travel to Half Moon Cay and back, and features Knife Party, Pretty Lights, Flume and Boyz Noize as headliners. The second weekend, February 18-21, offers up Skrillex, Fatboy Slim, Baauer, DJ Snake and more is Bahamas-bound and will head to Nassau and Coco Bay.
Seeing as these parties have involved Tiësto flying in on helicopters, huge collaborations and giant conga lines with shimmying DJs and EDM masterminds, here's hoping Holy Ship! brings about just as many goofy, great moments of music as it did in 2014.
