Jack Ü's "Take Ü There" Becomes a Synth Spectacular in Zeds Dead Remix

We already deemed "Take Ü There" by Jack Ü (a.k.a. the superduo of Skrillex and Diplo) one of the best songs of 2014 for its spastic, atypical song structure. Now, the Kiesza collaboration gets a synthy rework EDM fans will love thanks to Zeds Dead.

The Canadian dance duo replace the original's brassy horns and samples of children shouting with unforgiving blasts of cosmic-sounding synths. Kiesza's vocals are pitched up to give that extra dose of other-worldliness amid the rushing, futuristic production. EDM purists will particularly enjoy this one.

Along with the "Dirty Vibe" video revealed earlier this week, Skrillex and Diplo have been ending their 2014 on a very high note. The dance-music bros will finish off their major year with a New Year's Eve concert at Madison Square Garden.

Listen to the remix above and keep your fingers crossed for more Jack Ü tracks—or how about an album?!?—in 2015.
