Kelly Clarkson's Piece by Piece is mere days away, and today she's shared a song with new Oscar-winner John Legend, "Run Run Run." If that title seems familiar, it's because Germany's beloved pop-rockers Tokio Hotel recorded it last year, on Kings of Suburbia, their fifth album. Odd combination, but, hey, we're down for whatever in this fine year known as 2015.
The track starts as a somber Clarkson-plus-Legend's-piano affair before turning into a straight duet. Then the strings swoop in, then the electric guitar, and by the end we're being walloped by a mammoth conclusion.
