Last year quirky pop star Lady Gaga stunned the world by teaming up with standards singer and American icon Tony Bennett. The dynamic duo first released a jazzy take on the Broadway classic "Anything Goes," later sharing the much-covered '20s tune, "I Can't Give You Anything But Love." In September they dropped Cheek to Cheek, an entire collaborative record of covers, one Gaga would later say stopped her from completely quitting music.
Fast forward to February 2015, and Tony Bennett has confirmed that another album is on its way.
In an interview with the LA Times, Bennett spoke about his new partner in crime. "She's a very good singer," he said. "She's not a flash in the pan. That's why I had to do these great standards. And it's really paying off because the album's so big. Now we're about to record an album of all Cole Porter songs. That'll be the second album."
The pair sure know how to pick a legendary icon! That goes twofold for Gaga, who recently covered 4 Non Blondes' "What's Up" and was seen in the studio with everyone's favorite Beatle, Paul McCartney.
