Jamie Foxx & DJ Mustard Rework Michael Jackson's "Pretty Young Thing"

Annie and Django Unchained star, "Gold Digger" hook man, and general actor/singer switch-hitter Jamie Foxx has something for us today. It's nominally a cover of Michael Jackson's 1983 Thriller single "P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)," but it's so DJ Mustard–ified that it sounds fairly new. And honestly, who cares what it sounds like? Mustard keyboard stabs and hand-claps on an MJ classic are the only excuses you need to press play and vibe out.

Foxx and Mustard—whose prolific, powerful production run in 2014 landed him on Fuse's 13 Breakout Artists of 2014 list—last teamed up for "Party Ain't a Party," which is better than its conflicted title suggests. Especially 'cause it's got 2 Chainz making history with the phrase "Jamie Foxx in this bitch." (He then proceeds to blind us with his brilliance once again, going: "The party ain't a party 'til you see me in the party / Pull up in a Maserati, it's the same color coffee / Leave there, hit the lobby, ride her like a Kawasaki / Got her sippin' on the sake, tryna pull it out the socket, uh.") Never thought we'd be saying this, but...when are we getting the Foxx/Mustard joint album?
