Remember those neighbors that sued Justin Bieber after the horrific egging incident that cost the singer a cool $80,000? They're back...and they're still pissed about living next to the pop star.
According to the Associated Press, Bieber's former neighbor is now claiming that the star spit on him during a discussion almost two years ago. Jeffrey Schwartz and wife and Suzanne are suing the 21-year-old for unspecified damages in excess of $25,000.
The lawsuit claims JB spit in Jeffrey's face during a dispute about the singer's driving habits in their neighborhood. The Schwartzes added that Bieber caused emotional distress for driving too fast and loud parties before he moved out of the 'hood.
