Lollapalooza 2015: Florence + the Machine, the Weeknd, Sam Smith, More
The Chicago installment of Lollapalooza is coming back for its 10th consecutive year, and those who already invested in the coveted three-day passes can finally gauge their ROI on that $275 ticket. Boasting over 130 acts whose reputations vary greatly from buzzy to legacy, the show is anchored by Paul McCartney's first-ever Lolla appearance, in tandem with a set by heavy metal's most annoying and deluded icons, Metallica. Given that Kanye West was kind enough to put the upstart singer-songwriter Sir Paul on some of his latest singles, it's safe to say that his appearance in the heart of Ye's stomping grounds will be well-received.
Filling out the bottom of the pyramid are a myriad of lovely female popsters like Vérité, MS MR and Halsey, rock saviors Tame Impala and Death from Above 1979, and finally the obligatory occupiers of direct-support purgatory Kid Cudi and Carnage. See who else is crashing the party, day by day, below.
