Slipknot Guitarist Mick Thomson Stabbed in the Head

Slipknot's longtime guitarist Mickael "Mick" Thomson has been stabbed in the head by his brother, Andrew Thomson, in the front yard of his Clive, Iowa home. According to the Des Moines Register, police report the altercation began inside the building around 4:25 A.M. on Wednesday, eventually ending outside. Both men were intoxicated.

Mick, aged 41, and his brother, aged 35, were both sent to the hospital in separate vehicles. Mick suffered a knife wound to the back of the head. Both brothers are said to be suffering serious, but not life-threatening injuries. No charges have been pressed at this time.
