The Unstoppable Lil Wayne Releases "Nothing But Trouble"

Lil Wayne has released an estimated three songs per day this entire year. So we're starting the week with the latest, "Nothing But Trouble," featuring 23-year-old singer Charlie Puth (Wiz Khalifa's "See You Again," the Meghan Trainor-featuring "Marvin Gaye").

The track is part of the soundtrack for 808a new documentary about the drum machine that revolutionized music and gave one of Kanye's best albums its title. Listen to Lil Wayne's latest right here:

"Nothing But Trouble" might be the most social media–heavy rap song we've ever heard. Instagram models, followers, Likes, DMs all over the place. The production's sterling, though, and the chorus is ridiculously big.

The Free Weezy Album is due July 4—a symbolic date to match a symbolic title referencing Tunechi's prolonged struggle to escape his lifelong label, Cash Money Records. "I guarantee it's going to be something dope," Wayne told Rolling Stone. "If you don't want a musician being creative, don't get The Free Weezy Album."
