Update (9/8): Selena Gomez has just shared the album cover for her upcoming Revival release and it's...pretty steamy. The singer bares all in the nude artwork; peep it above.

Update (7/22): After mysteriously announcing her return to music with a steamy shower picture on Instagram, Selena Gomez used her account to reveal her new album title and release date.

The singer-actress posted an Instagram video of herself wearing headphones around her neck and writing the word "revival," which will be the title to her new album. In the caption, Gomez says Revival will be released October 9. See below:

Revival is led by the A$AP Rocky-featuring single "Good for You," which has already hit the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100. Read on for everything else we know about the album, including producers she's recently hit the studio with.

Original Story (6/9): We know that Selena Gomez has been focusing on her upcoming album, the follow-up to 2013's quite-good Stars Dance. Now she's posted a new teaser of sorts, and we'll bet is a peep into the starlet's next musical move.

Selena took to Instagram to post a steamy snap of herself in a dark shower. She captioned the photo saying, "Ready" along with the hashtag "#itscomingsoon." From looks of it, we'd be confident saying this is from an upcoming music video. See below:

Gomez's upcoming LP will be her second solo effort (after three band-oriented releases under the moniker Selena Gomez & the Scene) and first with new label home Interscope Records. She left the Disney-owned Hollywood Records in 2014.

To date, we know Gomez has been in the studio with a diverse roster of producers including Hit-Boy (Drake's "Trophies," Beyonce's "Flawless"), Rock Mafia (Selena's own "Stars Dance" and "Love Will Remember") and Zedd, her "I Want You to Know" collaborator. Sonically, it seems like we should expect fun dance music, perhaps with some slight hip hop influences.
