Update (10/2): Did you miss out on Kanye West's glorious performances at the Hollywood Bowl last month? Where he played the entirety of his fourth studio album, 808s & Heartbreak? Bummer...but we might have some good news for you.
Yeezy might be taking the show to his hometown of Chicago. Catch it November 9 at the United Center. Here's hoping!
Original Story (8/31): When he's not winning the Video Vanguard award at the 2015 VMAs, announcing his run for presidency in 2020, obsessing over space or prepping his upcoming Swish album, our guy Kanye West is revisiting the classics.
Yeezy will take a stroll down memory lane September 25 at the famed Hollywood Bowl, performing all of his fourth full-length, 808s & Heartbreak.
The full-album performance format has proven to be pretty popular these days, but usually on an anniversary of an album. 808s dropped in the fall of 2008, but remains one of Ye's most beloved records, and is widely acknowledged as a forerunner for artists like Drake, the Weeknd, and other ascendant, Auto-Tune friendly artists.
Tickets go on sale Friday, September 4. In the meantime, check out these vintage shots of Kanye.
