Update (10/14): Last week One Direction announced that a new single, "Perfect," would arrive soon. Today the fine English folks at Capital FM have shared a fifteen second clip of the song and it sounds pretty amazing. There are a few discernible lyrics, too: "If you like to do whatever you've been dreaming about / Baby, you're perfect / Baby, you're perfect / Let's start right now." Swoon city! Check it out here.
Original Story (10/9): Things are looking good for the One Direction fandom! After a few hours of unbearable speculation this morning, the band has confirmed a new single is on the way. "Perfect" will follow "Drag Me Down" and "Infinity."
Fingers crossed it's a banger! Both Harry Styles and Liam Payne of the group tweeted about the tune:
The song arrives via the group's highly anticipated fifth full-length, Made in the A.M. The release drops the same day as Justin Bieber's Purpose—will "Perfect" push the 1D boys over the top? Only time will tell.
