Two years ago, country-music broadcaster KYGO host David Mueller was fired from his job. He filed a suit claiming his termination was caused by Taylor Swift and her false allegations that he groped her before a gig at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado. People reports that this was his third firing from radio gigs, and his first time hosting since 2006.

Today Swift has filed a countersuit against Mueller.

It reads:

"Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault—it was Mueller—and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Haskell, was the culprit. Resolution of this Counterclaim will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms. Swift, and will serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts...Mueller did not merely brush his hand against Ms. Swift while posing for the photograph. He lifted her skirt and groped her."
