Most celebrity romance rumors aren’t true! This one might also not be true, but we really, really hope it is: Courtney Cox and Matthew Perry, who ended up together on Friends, might be an item in real life.
Star Magazine reports that Cox began a romantic relationship with Perry after calling off her engagement with Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid earlier this month. “They’ve leaned on each other before, during her infertility struggle and his battle with addiction,” a source says.
So it’s conceivable that, at some point recently, one of the actors sang the Rembrandts’ “I’ll Be There For You”… and meant it.
Again, this might be all tabloid speculation, as neither actor has confirmed the relationship. However, if it’s true, could things be any better for Friends fans? Perry’s Chandler Bing and Cox’s Monica Geller spent six of the show’s 10 seasons as a couple, eventually getting married and having twins in the final episode.
