Halsey Announces New Single "Colors" via Brooklyn Graffiti

Halsey fans! It's been a while since we've heard from our cool chanteuse, and that's mostly because she's been on the road forever, taking over the world, and we totally appreciate that. "New Americana" has been dominating the radio waves and Badlands hasn't left our CD player (iTunes account? Spotify playlist? You get the idea). Today, Hal announced that her new single would be revealed via a wall in North Brooklyn and we're way too excited.

She tweeted: "Excited to announce the next single off of Badlands in one of the coolest ways. Williamsburg, Brooklyn. On the corner of Franklin & Meserole." Moments later fangirls uncovered the spot, check it out above. It's "Colors"!

This is super exciting because "Colors" is a fan fave. Like, if you've loved Halsey from the very beginning, you've loved her possibly because of this very tune. This is big.

While you let that information sink in, read about the important mental illness conversation Halsey inspires, and just why the world needs her.
