Fans know that the guys of Infinite have so many different solo, sub-unit and outside projects, it really is a treat when all seven members come together for full-group promotions. Fuse was backstage with the K-pop boy band at their New York concert at Playstation Theater on Tuesday night (Jan. 19), and got the scoop on their upcoming plans in 2016.
"We're working on a new album," member Woohyun confirmed to Fuse (via translator). "We're also preparing the encore concert of this show in Korea for Korean fans." While there was no timeline or official schedule set in what sounds like a busy time for the band, it appears fans can look forward to a group release from Infinite before any solo or sub-unit projects this year.
"We're always thinking about new units," Dongwoo added when asked about promotions outside of the full group. "We're thinking about it and planning for it, but nothing confirmed."
The end of the group's North and South America tour was an exciting start to 2016 for Infinite, and it appears as if the band isn't wasting any time making sure they make their mark for the rest of the year (but we hope they get some vacation time in too!) Check out live shots from their NYC concert below, and look out for more exclusives from Infinite coming to Fuse soon.
