Lil Wayne & Birdman Hit the Studio, Although Lawsuit Maybe Still Underway
Earlier this week, we learned that Lil Wayne and Birdman's vicious estrangement was apparently finished. "Family never die," Birdman said onstage in Miami next to man he signed at age 13. "This my motherfuckin' son and I'mma die for him, I'mma live for him, and I'll motherfuckin' kill for him, ya heard me?"
That said, TMZ reports Weezy is still "pushing forward" with his $51 million lawsuit filed a year ago, with no settlement talks currently underway. The site hears from its sources that the onstage make-up was "mostly sentimental, and Birdman's attempt to repair the personal relationship before fixing biz ties."
But the Cash Money Records co-CEO shared a few Instagram pics of himself and his lil one after their onstage appearance, and late Thursday he tossed up another one, this time showing a studio session. The caption reads, "Studio flow #yo Gotti #YMCMB4LIFE #richgang #cmg #lifestyle #STUNNAMAN #mula #Blatt."
