The Chick-fil-A Diet: Eat Chicken Nuggets Every 3-4 Hours

Finally, a diet we can get behind! The folks over at Chick-fil-A want you to lose weight...by eating chicken nuggets. But, like, they're grilled, so it's healthy....right? No bread crumbs?

SBNation's Rodger Sherman tweeted the above link of a bag from the fast food institution, outlining some of their dietary suggestions. The first one was kind of shocking.

It reads: "Start With One. Kick off the New Year by adding one healthy habit to your routine. Here's a good one: Eat smaller meals (like an 8-pack of grilled nuggets) every three to four hours."

What? Chicken nuggets probably aren't the best way to lose weight, but they're delicious, so we're game.
