Glastonbury Festival, the largest festival in the U.K. and one of the biggest on the planet, will pay special tribute to the late David Bowie in 2016.
Festival founder Michael Eavis has revealed that Bowie's headlining performance from 2000 will be screened during the 2016 fest. "It's going to be shown on one of the screens when the stages are shut down," Eavis told Radio X. "We'll show the entire set."
Expect mass sing-alongs with the Bowie screening at Glastonbury, taking place from June 22-26 this year. Coldplay has been announced at the festival's first headliner.
Lady Gaga performed an eye-popping David Bowie tribute at the GRAMMY Awards earlier this week, and an all-star tribute to the singer is coming to New York's Carnegie Hall in March. Click here for details.
