After going "Down in the DM," Memphis rapper Yo Gotti's going up to the rap stratosphere with The Art of Hustle, due tomorrow, Feb. 19. While we wait for the record—which will feature Future, Nicki Minaj, Timbaland, K. Michelle and E-40—we've got "Bible," the track with Lil Wayne.
Set to an utterly ridiculous, organ-strewn beat by Ben Billion$ (The Weeknd's "Often," Future's "Low Life"), the track's about keeping the Bible on the same level as guns, sex and drugs. Because priorities.
Listen to Yo Gotti's "Bible" below:
Weezy comes in around 2:15, first spinning some AutoTune threads then going straight to making some good #football references the same day he hit ESPN's SportsCenter. Key bars: "Show me where the Bible says 'Thou shalt not ball' / I just hit a lick for a thousand Adderalls / I just rolled a blunt up in a page from the Bible." Lil Wayne has a joint project with 2 Chainz, ColleGrove, on the way.
When you're done playing and replaying and replaying "Bible," check out Fuse's Yo Gotti interview from the vault:
