50 Cent's mansion is officially sold! The hip-hop mogul put his Farmington, Conn. HQ on the market back in 2007 for $18.5 million. According to TMZ, a buyer has now acquired it for way less than the asking price—$8.5 million. And they have major plans for the major property!

The entertainer's humongous home has 52 rooms (21 bedrooms, 25 baths)—making it suitable for a purported transformation into an assisted living facility for senior citizens.

The mansion, which honestly sounds more like a resort-like getaway (in 50's time it included a helicopter pad, a casino and a nightclub), was one of the reasons why 50 filed for bankruptcy last year. His 2015 net worth was a reported $155 million, so he's not losing out on too much money.
